Those are coming along nicely. It's hard to tell from the photo, but I'm assuming those are blue. This might be a weird question, but do those jeans smell like sulfur?

I had a black pair of UBs that had sulfur-based dye that always had a noticeable smell, especially when they were wet. They were also pretty shoddy quality. The back pocket ripped at the seam after about 5 months, and then the top button broke off around the 7 month mark. I haven't worn them since, which is just as well, since the "slim" straight fit was never very good and they were shorter than advertised.

But anyway, I hope you have better luck with yours than I had. They look pretty great now, and I assume the skinny fit is better than the straight.

No sulfur smell! I think that's only an issue with their black denim. As for quality, I've had a great experience with these jeans - I wear them almost every day, pretty hard, and so far nothing's falling apart or breaking.

just picked up a pair of the tapered skinnies the other day, question, when do the unbranded denim usually start fading before the first wash . 1 month , 2 months ? just curious, cause I'm new to the whole raw denim gyst lol.
