Nudie Jeans - Grim Tim Open Dry Selvage

    Hey all!

Behold.. pictures of my first raw denim, a 12 oz. Grim Tim. Because of its open weft construction (hence the "open" in its name) you can really see the weft whites coming through. I sized down one size, fits good now. Just a little sag.

Ps. shout out to Somar for making the pics!

    Three months in

Here are some pics me and Somar made today. I've been wearin the Nudies for about 3 months now. We went outside, since the sun was shining for the first time in months it feels like. Shedding some sunlight on my jeans really made me appreciate the progress so far. I didn't realize the fading had made such progress and am pretty stoked.

Like the color but still haven't gotten used to low pockets.

Really good fit man. Those low pockets are weird, do you like them?

Me and Somar are usually on the same page with everything but if he hasn't told you... Wear the shit out of them. Should be some good fades coming in a few months. Make sure and update us.

To be honest, I didn't even notice they are that low until you guys pointed it out.. But I like them enough!

And I have been wearing the shit out of them, they only had a couple o' days off so far. I have a desk job at the moment and with the current weather, there's not much activity. It's finally starting to warm up and I'll be going to Australia in a couple of months time, so I figure I'll be doing a lot of catching up then.

I actually haven't noticed it too lol :P. I wouldn't buy denim with low pockets, but I like the way this denim fits mister Fresh including their low pockets. I think he just made them look good lol
Check out my blog or my pinterest for updates about my fades.

    5th month update

Hey guys! Me and Somar did another evo-update on our denims (Nudie and N&F).

Below are the pics of my Nudies. They are pretty hard to fade so far, but I'm considering to wash them around the 6 month mark since I'm aiming for a more even, lower contrast fade, and then washing them on a 1 or 2 month basis.

Anyone have experience with washing on a regular basis? How does it fade over time?

    ~ Shaun

Very nice, I have a pair of these too, you're very correct in saying they are hard to fade. I've had them since Nov.
