What started out as a loomstate fabric turned into a pair of Roy RS04 jeans and, eventually, today’s Fade of the Day. Worn by Michael Garza in the San Antonio, Texas heat for 2 years and 8 months with a dozen washes, they’ve revealed the character of the denim quite nicely.

Taking the wear-often-wash-often approach, these jeans have an overall vintage patina. Though there may not be much in the area of honey combs, due in parts to the fit, the whiskers are pronounced and have really etched into the fabric. What takes the cake are the cuffs which seem to be in the middle of hemming themselves thanks to natural every day wear.
