These Imogene + Willie Barton Rigid jeans have had a lot of TLC less than a year into their life. Over the nine months that David Boyer rocked his raws, he’s pulled dad duty, playing with his kids in addition to wearing them to work.
It’s resulted in plenty of repairs all of which were done by Boyer himself including patches at each of the pocket bags, darning in several areas, the addition of a Tennessee state flag emblem, and most poignantly, a patch in memory of his late father. The fades are solid, especially the knees and pocket fades. And, sure, fades tell their own unique story, but sometimes it’s the personal touches like the one’s David’s added that tell the better story.
