Pure Blue Japan Indigo Linen Work Shirts

Well in time for spring and summer, Pure Blue Japan releases their all linen denim work shirts. The shirt comes in two versions – one with a white weft, another with a black weft, and both with rope-dyed indigo warp yarns. It weighs in at 10 oz. so it’s well-suited for all seasons, but the linen makes it especially nice for the warmer months. Pre-rinsed, the shirt will not shrink and is easier to break in. Details include two chest pockets, gusseted side seams with chain stitch runoff, and embroidery of the signature PBJ Shoai.

Linen is prized for its strength, breathability, and slubby texture, which should make this shirt an interesting sight after some good wear. And since linen is easily wrinkled, you can expect some wild arm honeycombs and sleeve stacking.

Both versions are available for £190 at Rivet and Hide.
