New Balance has gone raw by dropping a limited edition 1300 collaboration with Cone Mills. This collab with America’s last selvedge denim manufacturer has led to an awesome sneaker with a radical new look. This New Balance 1300CD (CD for Cone Denim) is made with a navy colored nubuck leather and Cone Mills selvedge denim upper.
In the last few years, the 1300 model has become one of the most popular New Balance styles in their Made in USA line. Other re-issues like the 1300GB, 1300JP, 1300CP, and 1300NW have a firm group of world wide followers and collectors.
This particular shoe has a two piece “N ” insignia in brown and white leather with a branded brown leather tongue tag and heel tab. Ivory white midsole with ENCAP® shock absorption technology that provides support and maximum durability with a matching brown colored rubber outsole.
The shoe is scheduled to release July 2014, but is currently available for pre-orders at Hanon Shop for $242.
