The Alameda was the one of the first fits introduced when partners Sole Technology and Andrew Reynolds launched the brand. It is named for a small island city in the San Francisco bay area of California, and this fit was designed as Reynolds’ signature and premier fit. Compared to the full line up of fits that Altamont offers, it ranks as the second slimmest fit with a low rise.

Altamont Wilshire Premium Jeans
The Wilshire differs in a few ways from the Alameda, though it was just the second initial fit offered by Altamont upon its launch. Most importantly, it features a tailored straight leg fit with a regular rise for those who prefer a little extra leg room in their jeans.
It’s the second roomiest fit in Altamont‘s line following the Fairfax fit and similar to the Alameda, the Wilshire is named for another noted Californian local. Wilshire is an area of downtown Los Angeles where the famed Wilshire fifteen and ten stair sets reside. It was a famous skate spot that conquered just about as many skaters that were able to conquer it.
