Taylor Stitch x Solitary Arts – Flannel Denim Collection

Since 2008, the team behind Taylor Stitch in San Francisco have been working hard to put together the best possible pieces of clothing, starting from the original shirts and branching out more recently into jeans. They’re continually focussing on producing the best possible products, including a number of efforts branching out into the collaborative sphere.

Enter Solitary Arts, another California based brand who make skateboards by hand as well as small collections of hard goods. They’ve been doing their piece to infect skateboarding with function and form in their products. Yong-Ji Chang and Geoff McFetridge were excited to work with the Taylor Stitch team to put together a capsule collection of flannel lined denim, both a jacket and a pair of jeans.

Both utilize a 13 Oz. denim which means that while it’s a relatively light denim, the flannel coating will still keep you good and warm. Further, both feature powder coated, double stitched buttons, nicely designed pockets, and the standard Taylor Stitch fits we’ve grown to love.
